I got injured at work, and the clinic itself took the initiative to contact WSIB to get approval for physiotherapy, which was a huge relief from the start. I had amazing physiotherapy sessions with Palak – she did a fantastic job in giving me physiotherapy and guiding me throughout the recovery process and helped me achieve a full recovery. The entire staff is welcoming and professional. I don’t remember everyone’s names, but Tanu stood out – she has been very polite and clearly knows her job well. Overall, an amazing experience. Highly recommended!
